Welcome to VanTaru Foundation. By accessing or using our website, participating in our tree adoption programs, or volunteering for our initiatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Services
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to make a donation or adopt a tree through our platform.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, donating, or volunteering.
- You will not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
Tree Adoption and Donations
When you adopt a tree or make a donation to VanTaru Foundation:
- All donations go directly towards our environmental projects, including sapling procurement, planting, maintenance, and community support.
- Because we deal with living ecosystems, the exact survival of individual trees cannot be guaranteed. However, we guarantee that we maintain an overall 92%+ survival rate across our projects by replacing failed saplings during the initial growth phases.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error was made in processing your payment, please contact us within 14 days.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VanTaru Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
VanTaru Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or website.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
